The cheapest way from BKK to Koh Phangan is to get yourself a joint tickets from Songserm Travel who operates joint ticket for (Ferry and Speed boats, bus, trains, planes) to Phangan. Or you can get an 1 hour flight by Bangkok Airways daily from Bangkok to Koh Samui and take the speed boat to Koh Phangan. The only exemption from the otherwise relaxed and quite island is the Fullmoon when Haad Rin changes to a dance floor made of sand. If you don't fell like party or even listen to the music, do not worry on Koh Panghan are a lot natural beaches, that are not hard to find like mountains, fruit garden in the hills and National Parks. Kohpangan is a small tropical island, protected by gentle sloping coral reefs and green clad mountain range behind the beaches.
